MOST MOVIES ON THE NETWORK REQUIRE
THE XVID MOVIE CODEC
How do I download the
movies?
Most movies on our network use
the Dvix Movie Codec - which means the movie
won't stream or play until its fully downloaded
to your harddrive. You will need to
right click on the movie link and choose "save
target as". Remember too note where
you downloaded your movie too so you can find
it and play it once you've finished download
it. - Netscape users right
click & choose "save link target as".
Advantage of this is you can view the movie
over and over without having to download the
movie every again, start building a HUGE collection.
Just remember you'll need a big harddrive :)

Which
movie player should I use to watch the movies
once downloaded?
We highly
suggest you download and install the latest
version of Windows Media Player to play all
your movies you download. It is the default
player for all windows platforms so you don't
need to download it again if you have windows
XP installed. If you don't have Windows XP or
want to upgrade to the latest version of Windows
Media Player then click on the following link
:
Download the correct version (depending
on your operating system).
Mac Users can also use Quicktime but they will
need to download the DIVX Codec.

Windows
Media Player - (Download page opens
in new window)

When i try to download
a movie, it just goes to windows media player
and says connecting, but the video never starts?
what's wrong?
You have to download
the movie on your hard drive before watching
it - to download the movie, right click on the
movie link and choose
"save target as". When it's
downloaded, just double click on the movie file
to watch it. See below if you have sound or/and
